If you're reading this, you've probably already tried to change on your own. More than once. And it hasn't worked. If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place:
The Work
Compulsive sexual behavior — in some cases conceptualized as sex addiction — isn't just about what you're doing. It's also about what's underlying the behaviors, what you are really trying to satisfy through the behaviors, and the harms that the behavior causes you and others. The goal of therapy in this area isn't to shame you or judge you: it's to help you understand your behavioral patterns and what underlies them — so you can change.
Working through compulsive sexual behavior can be difficult. Sessions are supportive, but direct. You will be asked hard questions. You will be expected to engage honestly in service of your own recovery. You may also be asked to supplement therapy with group therapy and peer-led support groups.
If you are ready to see change in this area of your life, then this is where you belong.

How It Works
Four Pillars Counseling serves clients in Texas and Arkansas. Texas clients are seen exclusively via HIPAA-compliant video. Arkansas clients throughout the state are also seen via HIPAA-compliant video — and clients in the Bella Vista and Bentonville area have the additional option of meeting in person.
Sessions are structured but always flexible enough to accommodate your unique situation and needs.
The first step is a free 20-minute consultation call. No commitment. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about whether this is the right fit.
